These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at bucketsqueeze.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Bucket Squeeze ("Bucket Squeeze," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Products and Descriptions

We attempt to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including specifications, images, and pricing. However:

  • We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
  • Colors, materials, or minor design details may vary slightly from what's shown due to photography, manufacturing, or display settings.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

7. Intended Use, Warnings, and Assumption of Risk

Bucket Squeeze products are designed to help secure tools and equipment to aerial buckets and similar work platforms. They are intended to be used by trained professionals in accordance with:

  • All applicable OSHA regulations and industry safety standards;
  • Your employer's safety policies and procedures; and
  • Any instructions, warnings, or guidance provided with the product.

Bucket Squeeze products are not a substitute for proper fall protection, tool tethering systems rated for overhead/fall-arrest use, or any other safety equipment required by law or your employer. Do not use this product for any purpose other than its intended use. Do not use this product if it shows signs of wear, damage, or degradation. Always inspect equipment before each use.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is fit for your specific use case and work environment;
  • You assume all risks associated with the use, misuse, or inability to use the product, including risks of property damage, personal injury, or death;
  • Bucket Squeeze is not liable for injury, death, or damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, use beyond rated capacity, or failure to follow included instructions and applicable safety standards.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN ANY WRITTEN WARRANTY WE PROVIDE WITH A PRODUCT, ALL PRODUCTS AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT USE OF THE PRODUCTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUCKET SQUEEZE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, ANY PRODUCT OR THE SITE;
  • ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF A PRODUCT;
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO A PRODUCT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bucket Squeeze and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of a product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Bucket Squeeze name and branding, is the property of Bucket Squeeze or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
